Decided to get all the fluids drained and refreshed at 124,000 miles. Thought the price was reasonable considering what I read/heard it would cost. I did have a quote from another garage for the same work come in at $748.00

Thats a fantastic price, I am a little curious how they only got 3 quarts out of the transmission though.

I'm at 145,950 right now and I've been considering getting all the fluids changed out so seeing that price I'm gonna save that picture and see if my mechanic can get close to that price

What do you mean the tsb by vin? If I searched the vin how I know if it had this or not. I’ve been seeing more and more on the aip issue and I’m a bit freaked out.

Was the issue fixed in 2012?

Literally just had this done and it was right at 5 quarts replaced. I realize it will vary between trucks but 3 seems low to me.

I don’t think this counts yet.... but I placed my order for 2018 sequoia LED headlights to complete my swap on my 2013.

Already have the filler plates and wiring harness :benchpress:

5 qts. is on the higher end, mine was like 4.5. Seems most report 3-4 qts, some asl ow as 2.5.

I am curious what mine will be next time or what others 2nd & 3rd time are. Curious if it repeats, thinking it should.

I replaced the lower ball joints on mine. Fire, press and hammering the control arm at the same time seemed to do the trick haha. 470000 km on the first set haha

Not so much what I did but anyway. Some moron in a Dodge towing a contractors dump trailer came over the line on a narrow two lanes and swerved back into his lane but the trailer hit my mirror and blew it up. Could have been much much worse but still frustrating

I primed, sanded and color matched my filler panels and EAG grill in preparation for my 2018 sequoia LED conversion.

    Lights are arriving Tuesday.

    I am pumped!

Fair warning the included bulbs are trash, you have to cut the factory wiring to install and the cutoff lines could be a bit better. Overall very happy with them other than having to go buy high quality bulbs
