I had no idea the newer 1794s had 1794 stamped on the tailgate!

Figured that as well, but just looked. Looks like the 1794 is smaller than yours and in the same location yours says, "Limited edition."

    Agree that it looks great!
Now that he's lifted it and taller tires maybe they're kinda necessary?
He did say he's gonna do bed liner on them so they'll be blacked out.

Had a 3 mile downhill where I didn’t have to hit the gas once. Reset the MPG and found out the max it’ll show.

I can’t decide if the wheel well liners would be better or worse when it comes to wintry slush and salt. Might keep it away from things, might also make it harder to get rid of.

Went to put on a Toyota bed cover and found the Q/C is not what it use to be. The mounts were not correctly drilled on one side and the clip came broken. So it’s on while I wait for a replacement from Toyota.

Installed the Toyota hood deflector yesterday and had the comfort plus system installed, aka Toyota branded defa. Kit includes, block heater, trickle charger and an incab 1000w heater. Tested it out the last couple nights wow, it’s nice to wake up get in the truck and not have to idle the truck for 20-30mins. Luxury expense I know, but. Not having to idle the truck on those -30celsius mornings is going to be amazing , plus it’s significantly cheaper to run then idling. Pays for itself if I recall from my math in 2 years.

No, yo remove the two clips on top i fits over the small liner. Then you put two new clips back on top, a two 10 mm bolts, one fryont and rear. There are already grommets for the screws. It’s almost like if Toyota knew there would be aftermarket parts and prepped for them. image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

Most time consuming part of the job was getting the white sticky platic of the plastic bag holding the parts and install instructions off the inside of one of the liners. Otherwise it is a 10 minute installation.

Had NH Oil Undercoating done a couple months ago and will do yearly so not too worried. The cost of these trucks makes this a must do for those in snow country/rust belt.

I have an appointment for flluid film in a couple weeks

I just mean that the liners may 'trap' things into spots where they are harder to spray away. Or they may not do that at all. I'm not sure.

    Lots of stuff!
    Today I was busy:

Took my RCI skid plate set off
Took my custom made longer (To reach into the bed) SS running boards off
    Took my bedrug off
    Took my Diamondback cover off
Took my Uptop and truck tent rack off
Took my Diode Dynamics SS18 Light bar and SS6 Yellow fogs off
Took my TRD Pro Flares off
    Took my Heritage Grille off

I did put my TRD grille back on and my old fog lights.
I ran out of daylight so tomorrow the old flares go back on.
I will take my Blackvue dashcam out as well.
And give it a clean up.

I am debating taking the wheels and tires off and putting on some TRD 18" wheels with the crappy Michelins. I would have to go out and find a set and buy them. It is probably worth it as the ones on the Tundra are pretty nice wheels with Toyo tires.

Putting it back to stock in case anyone was wondering.

I am looking for some of the 18" wheels with the Michelin tires now to really make it stock! I gave my Michelin tires to my nephew and sold the rims for next to nothing!
