I used one of these to crimp 2/0 in a bench vice with no problem. In retrospect I wish I got a hydraulic crimper instead, but it does the job.

    I'm a bit of a crimper whore.
I have probably 2-3 of these of assorted brands, and hate all of them. I am 99% sure that these tools are the reason for my utter disdain for "standard" red/blue/yellow crimp connectors.

I've got one of these for RJ-11 and RJ-45
    [IMG]

For Coax, I've got one of these
    [IMG]

    and one of these
    [IMG]

I've got a kit from Digi-Key for doing the tiny coax cable (like used in radio and wifi antennas), but I don't remember the details on it any more.

Picked up one of these recently for doing bigger battery sized cables
IWISS Cable Lug Crimping Tool for Heavy Duty Wire Lugs,Battery Terminal,Copper Lugs AWG 8-1/0 - - Amazon.com

For the Toyota SEALED connectors, this one has been flawless for me for over 10 years. I also use it for most of the larger size unsealed connectors (1.0 and larger).
    Hozan P-706 Open Barrel Crimper - - Amazon.com

I recently picked one of these up that I use for the WIRE ONLY part of the Toyota 0.64 unsealed connectors (the rest I still do in the Hozan)
Amazon.com: Precision Universal Crimping Tool with Inter-Changeable die Plates (Size S) Handy Crimp Tool. Made in Japan. ENGINEER pad-11 : Everything Else

And also recently picked this kit up and have, for the first time in my life, actually been able to feel confident in the crimp I get on the "standard" and heat shrink connectors
Wirefy Crimping Tool Set 11 PCS - High Leverage Wire Crimper 9" - Heat Shrink, Nylon, Insulated Flag, Non-Insulated Connectors - - Amazon.com

Yes. But I go back to a crimper once the drugs wear off.

Here’s the micro coax set I have for satellite and antenna wiring. It’s from L-Com
