That Amazon link comes with all of that right? Sorry if it’s a dumb question, never really dealt with any of the fittings and things that are in this thread and thanks for helping me and whoever else that may be in the same boat as me

The one I linked to has the 1/8 npt male and a female for the port on fuel rail and one for the gauge. Just need to see about length...
3ft will just about get you there but 4ft should work fine

No clue if these are the right parts so I’ll see what shows up.

Looks good! After testing you can install the gauge in the port. I installed an electronic fuel gauge in the port.

Have you made AN fuel lines?
It really comes out the same if you already ordered the gauge and fitting. If Amazon is free shipping

Does the pressure drop correlate to the increase in afr? Have you set up to do boost referenced? You shouldn't see a drop in psi.

Yeah, when I got to 35Psi, I was at 12ish AFR. I’m not boost referenced

Seems to me like with fuel pump output isn't keeping up, seems odd with a 450 in a FFV basket tho. Who's familiar with the geometry of the FFV basket?

I'm non FFV. I am running a FFV canister with a Walbro 450 #267 using the FFV venturi system with no problems. Have it hot wired for 14 volts.
I'm not sure what model 450 he's running. It's my understanding only the #267 fits to keep the FFV venturi system.

There are 2 things to try before dropping the tank. If it were me...I would do boost reference and test. Then ground out the vsv pump relay so it will give a constant voltage/increased amperage to pump and test.
How is the 450 wired in?

I’m not sure how it’s wired as I didn’t do the install but I remember buying the pump and the installation kit. Is there more to it?

I ran it on the stock wiring with no issues. It does draw more amperage than others.
Did you try any other testing?

No other testing. Not sure what other tests to do. With boost reference do I need a boost gauge?

You can try running a vacuum line from the boost port on the rear drivers side to the fpr. Plug or cap the line to intake. Post #66.

From my understanding, my trucks low pressure mode was removed by forcing it into high pressure mode with the non FFV fuel lines. The relay doesn’t give extra voltage to the fuel pump for high pressure mode, it just sends it through the 60 psi regulator instead of the 43.

The fuel pump flow (pressure) depends on voltage, which is adjusted by the fuel pump control module based on engine load, not accounting for supercharger as this is not standard equipment. Grounding the relay faults the control module to supply battery voltage instead of adjusting the voltage. So, this makes the fuel pump operate at a higher level, ensuring you get the flow to maintain that 60PSI at the regulator. This is the next best thing to running a dedicated relay and wiring for the pump straight from the battery.

Ffv trucks have a different fuel control module. Just switching to the 60psi regulator will cause it to be at 60psi. But the pump is not at full power. Under load pressure will fall off.
It's a quick test to see if that's your issue!
This person ran the 450 in his FFV. Tried many fixes. He finally swapped to a different pump and is running good.
Process of elimination to find what your lean issue is. Easy things first...

Looking back through the flex fuel truck install manual, how come it says to remove the relay?
